Focus & growth mentoring
Focus & growth mentoring
No one plans to live an unhappy life. And yet, somehow, that’s where a lot of us are. What’s up with that?
—“Monk Mode”
Do you ever feel a bit stuck? Like you’re not quite where you want to be in life, but you’re not sure how to get from here to there?
Of course you do, because we all feel like that from time to time, or even all the time—but we can do something about it. In my book Monk Mode, I share some of the life lessons I’ve learned the hard way: how to know when I’m stuck in bad patterns, how to get out of them, how to build positive new habits, and how to keep learning and growing.
Now I can share them with you, too, in friendly, supportive, one-to-one mentoring sessions. We’ll talk in depth (and of course in complete confidence) about you, your challenges and goals, and the life skills you want to build. I can show you some powerful thinking tools and practical techniques that will help you focus on what’s important, manage your time better, work better, play better, sleep better, and feel better.
We can discuss problems, solutions, and plans in any area of your life that you’re not happy about: career, relationships, craft, family, finance, study, spirituality—whatever comes up. I’m here to listen, advise, and help. Contact me if you’d like to know more about focus and growth mentoring sessions.
John is an amazing mentor and teacher. I have found him to be professional, courteous and above all kind. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
